What photos do you need?
Send clear photos of each item from the front and side, plus any damaged areas. Include a tape-measure shot so we can confirm dimensions before quoting.
Which items are accepted?
We buy sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables, chairs, cupboards, cabinets and office furniture in clean, sound, working condition. Items with serious damage, pests or mould may be declined.
Do you dismantle furniture?
Yes. Our team dismantles beds, wardrobes and larger units where needed, and manages pickup in line with building moving regulations in your Dubai building.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Quotes are prepared from your photos and details. Once everything is received, we will reply to confirm the offer and suggest a collection date.
When and how am I paid?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quote before collection. We will explain the payment timing clearly so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you collect outside Dubai?
Dubai is our main collection area. Collection in other emirates is only offered where we can arrange it, so please ask us to check availability for your location.
